If you can see this sign – you have arrived at the correct place! If the shutter is closed please knock loudly.

We have various tubs, cages and trolleys which can be brought out to your vehicle depending on the size of your load. Donors with just a few items may walk them to the door and hand them to staff. We are always happy to assist with unloading.

Spring & Summer hours for in-person recycling drop-offs are now in effect! We welcome public donations MONDAY to FRIDAY between 9 am and 5 pm. Please kindly avoid the lunchtime hour between 12 noon and 1 pm.

Please park as close as possible to our goods in shutters (11 & 12) leaving room for other vehicles to pass safely.

On arrival – please advise staff of any items that may contain personal data or sensitive information so they can be taken to the data security room for secure storage and professional cleansing.

While we strive to recycle and refurbish as much electrical equipment as possible, there are certain items we cannot accept due to specialist handling and decommissioning requirements. The list below gives examples.

  • Nickel–cadmium batteries
